Dette gjør vi slik:

1. Du vil få en første tilbakemelding på din henvendelse vanligvis innen to uker.

2. Hvis ditt forslag til prosjekt er aktuelt for Sunnaas , vil vi jobbe videre med den i samarbeid med deg. Vi behandler henvendelsen i første omgang konfidensielt og i samarbeid med deg finner vi ut om vi gjør den synlig for andre interesserte innen helsesektoren.

3. En vurdering av din idé inkluderer en kartlegging hvorvidt ideen passer inn i Sunnaas sine strategier og mål, etiske retningslinjer og i til våre pasientgrupper. Deretter ser vi blant annet på hvor unik ideen er, hvor nyttig den er og hva som skal til for å realisere den. Dette er en prosess som kan ta litt tid avhengig av omfanget av ideen og hvor mye pågang vi har. Vi prøver å gjøre denne vurderingen i løpet av 1-2 måneder.

4. Prosjekter som er relevant for Sunnaas jobber vi videre med i samarbeid med ansatte ved sykehuset og eventuelt samarbeidspartnere utenfor sykehuset. Induct er vår plattform for både prosjektstyring og porteføljestyring av våre innovasjonsprosjekter. Det betyr dersom vi jobber videre med din hevendelse vil den bli fulgt opp i Induct der du er deltaker av teamet og får oppdateringer.

Hvordan ivaretar vi oppfinnelser:
Sunnaas har en forvaltningsavtale med Inven2 som bistår sykehuset og sykehusets ansatte med alle patenterbare oppfinnelser og kommersialisering av innovasjoner, samt bistår med budsjettering og samarbeidsavtaler mellom sykehuset og næringsliv.

You can send in a request by using the button “næringsliv/business”
Note: Sunnaas Rehabiliation Hospital does not have the funding to finance innovation projects. In case of cooperation with a business, funding needs to come from either the business itself or an external source.

After you sent in your request in Induct, we will do a first evaluation and aim at giving you a first feedback within 2 weeks. If your business request is relevant for Sunnaas rehabilitation hospital, and meets our criteria (e.g. availability of patients or specialists, funding, areas of priority, ethical concerns and data-safety), we will work with you to find out if this can become a project we can cooperate on. Your request will be treated confidentially until all partners agree on going public within the Norwegian health sector using Induct.
After the initial evaluation we will map out how and if the request can be handled, and in cooperation with the business do risk assessments, cost prognosis, effect prognosis and do-ability. This process takes on average 1-2 months, depending on different factors.
After steps 2 and 3 are passed, and both parties have concluded on a way forward, we will look into signing an official cooperation contract with you and potential other partners needed for the project (like research partners).

About IPR:
Sunnaas rehabilitation hospital has a contract with the TTO (Technology Transfer Office) Inven2 who helps us with all questions regarding patenting, commercializing and IPR, as well as helping with contracts between businesses and Sunnaas rehabiliatation hospital.
